23 year old fed up with allowing my weight to hold me back. I’ve started this blog to keep track of my new eating habits, healthy recipes and fitness regimen.

I began this journey of a Low Carb, No Sugar diet Wednesday June 20, 2012 weighing 248lbs. To be down to a “healthy” weight for my body height/age I am told by doctor’s I should weigh 110 - 145 lbs. In order to do that I have to lose a total of 138 - 103 lbs and although that’s my ultimate goal weight, my current goal right now is to get to 180lbs by the beginning of 2013.
